In Della’s class you will exercise your body, engage your mind, and lift your spirit with the ancient art of Belly Dance. Belly Dance is a fun way to tone muscles, gain flexibility, poise and confidence.
All belly dance classes will focus on technique, combinations, Middle Eastern rhythms, and musicality. Some classes may include choreography, zills (finger cymbals), costuming making, and working with props such as the veil, cane, sword, fanveils, etc.
