This multi level class will drill
the foundation movements and floor patterns of tribal style belly dance, body alignment, footwork, rhythms, zills, and
dance history.
This low impact cardio workout will develop body awareness,
grace, strength, stamina, and flexibility while improving coordination and building a tribal style belly dance movement
vocabulary. The focus of this style of belly dance movement is to be totally present with awareness while
dancing with a group.
