3a. Belly dance cardio workout - great for beginners

This low impact cardio workout will introduce you to and drill the foundation (upper and lower torso) movements of belly dance, body alignment, footwork, rhythms and dance history.

You will develop body awareness, grace, strength, stamina, and flexibility while improving coordination, and building a belly dance movement vocabulary.

This is a good class for those new to belly dance as well as those looking for a technique class or for those who do not have time to practice in between class.
