5. Belly Dance Beginners
This class will introduce you to and drill the foundation (upper and lower torso)
movements of belly dance, body alignment, footwork, rhythms and dance history. With this low impact cardio workout you will
develop body awareness, grace, strength, stamina, and flexibility while improving coordination, and building a belly
dance movement vocabulary. Combinations and short choreographies may be used for a complete dance experience. This is
a good class for those new to belly dance as well as those looking for a technique class or for those who do not have
time to practice in between class.
